If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
You represent and warrant that you are at least sixteen (16) years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, whichever is greater. You agree to update your Account information promptly to keep it accurate and current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. In compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, S.C. 2010, c. 23 (“CASL”), we adhere to the following practices:
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in one jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and New To Canada with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating thereto. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the new terms taking effect, by posting the revised Terms on the Service with a revised “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email or a prominent notice within the Service.
